With regard to voluntary winding up and reconstruct-

ion of China Companies with enemy shareholders crown advocate advisers (?) that shares in new Company( or

without option take further issues) cannot be given to

eneny shareholders even if new scrip retained until the

end of War. Crown advocate considers that in accord-

ance with reconstruction resolutions enemy shares and

all rights pertaining shares should be retained by

liquidator and proceeds paid to enemy dividends account.

Crown advocate refers to Robson Versus Gremier Oil
